As we said before, e-commerce is mainly a service, and the goal is to make customers happy. It can sound simplistic but in the digital era the customer is one click away from giving the brand a review on one of the many review systems that are more and more popular. Google, Facebook, Trustpilot and others allow customers to express their opinion on a product or service.

Two are the things we need to bear in mind: the first is that the reviews are public and can be found on Search Engines; the second is that people tend to trust other people’s opinions, therefore it’s an imperative to try and keep the rating for your service very high.The way to achieve good customer satisfaction in ecommerce is to provide timely replies to customers’ inquiries, solve their problems and provide them with the most accurate and complete information about the products and conditions of sales
