Refund Policy

In addition to our quality guarantee, DFA offers a money-back option in case you (the student) change your mind or the course doesn’t meet your expectations. The money-back option is subject to the following conditions:

1. Cool off period

  • In case you change your mind and you haven’t accessed the learning materials, you can request a refund within 14 days from purchase. You will be refunded the total amount paid minus administrative fee (payment commissions) of 7% with a minimum of 50 Euros, no questions-asked. 
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email within 14 days of your course purchase, you (the students) must not have accessed the e-learning platform.
  • The refund request can be submitted to info@digitalfashionacademy.com, the refund will be issued to the same payment system used by the client within 14 days.

1. Request for Refund after accessing the elearning platform

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of your course purchase (or within 7 days of a live session start date, whichever applies).
  • The request should clearly state the reasons for dissatisfaction and explain how the course did not meet your expectations.

2. Participation Requirement

  • To qualify for a refund, participants must have engaged with the course content in good faith (e.g., accessed modules, attended live sessions if applicable, and completed available activities).
  • We believe active participation is essential to benefit from our programs, and refund requests will not be accepted from participants who have not made a genuine effort to engage with the course.

3. Assessment of Request

  • Upon receiving your request, DFA will review it carefully. We may contact you for clarification or offer alternative solutions (such as course transfers or credits).
  • The result of the assessment may be in terms of a partial refund to be issued to the student. In this case DFA will contact you to refund the amount based on the result of the assessment.
  • The amount to be refunded will be established also considering the amount of study completed by the student and will in general be proportional to the hours of study not completed by the student.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval, via the original payment method.

Please note that refunds are intended to cover situations where the course falls short of our stated guarantees and reasonable expectations. We encourage you to contact us promptly with any concerns during your learning journey so we can resolve them quickly.
