Overview: Founded in 1949 in Tuscany (Mugello), Il Borgo Cashmere combines Italian artisanal knit-wear traditions with luxury-brand ambitions.
Challenge: Although rich in craftsmanship and legacy, Il Borgo sought to more fully leverage digital channels and international e-commerce to reach new geographies and expand the direct-to-consumer dimension of its brand.
Our Approach: After an audit of their current digital presence and internal capability, we helped them build a scalable Shopify-based online store, defined digital-marketing campaigns (including SEO, social advertising and email automation), and delivered team training to internal stakeholders in operations and marketing.
Results: Il Borgo launched an international e-commerce site, established systematic digital-marketing practices, and now manages product launches and campaigns with in-house capability, shortening time to market and increasing global reach.
