Pini Usha is Founder and CEO of Buffers.ai, an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps retailers and brands optimise and automate purchasing and inventory replenishment.

With more than 15 years of experience, he has built supply chain technology for fashion, footwear, grocery, electronics and consumer brands, including several S&P 500 companies. His work focuses on helping businesses reduce excess inventory, improve product availability and run leaner operations.

Earlier in his career, Pini served as Chief Architect at Reval, a New York-based fintech company. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Reichman University (IDC) and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Outside of work, he is an avid cyclist and a three-time Ironman finisher.
