Day 1 explores structured and unstructured data, models for product, customer, sales, inventory and marketing data, dashboards and the move from descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive decision-making. A practice lab helps you design the data flow for one key fashion business process.
Day 2 examines budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, channel margins, cash flow and profitability, alongside AI applications in HR and people analytics. Case studies and discussion connect these topics with management control. The practical output is an AI dashboard brief for finance, BI or management control.
